Beauxbatons is a school of Witchcraft and Wizardry located in France. Beauxbatons is a Palace (opposed to a castle like Hogwarts). Beauxbatons take great pride in making their school aesthetically pleasing. For example at Christmas, they have a choir of wood-nymphs singing while they eat in the Dining Chamber and ice scluptures all round the Palace. Beauxbatons studenst and teachers tend to be a bit spoiled and stuffy and as Fleur Delacour says: "Eef a poltergeist ever entaired Beauxbatons, 'e would be expelled like zat."
