The Burrow

The Burrow is the Weasleys' house located on the outskirts of Ottery St Catchpole. It a very rickety old house which looks like the only reason it's still standing is because it's held up by magic. It has a ghost in the attick and is a very interesting house full of fascinating magical objects.

Ron has a smallish room in The Burrow with a low ceiling and his wall is plastered with Chudley Cannon posters (his favourate quidditch team). The Burrow has a small cluttered kitchen and large overgrown garden which normally hosts quite a few pesty garden knomes.

The Weasleys have two very interesting clocks. One of the clocks has no numbers around the sides but rather says things like: 'time to go to work', 'time to eat', 'time to sleep' etc. The other has 9 hands, each one engraved with one of the 9 Weasleys' names. Instead of numbers, it has things like: 'at work', 'at school', 'at home', 'travelling', 'lost' and 'mortal peril'. The hand of a family member rests on the place where that person is - meaning that one can always tell where the Weasleys are by looking at their clock.
