My Review

From my side, I though the whole HP DVD was brilliant! It was so much more fun than the video because it's interactive and I had great fun with all the special features. You can watch the movie in high quality and also pick which specific scene you want to watch so you don't have to watch the whole movie. Also available for viweing on disk 1 are the teaser and theatrical trailers. The DVD is sooooo throughly worth buying. It's also definitely worth it you have a DVD-ROM drive in your computer because it's just as good on computer as it is on the TV screen.

Special Features

For me, the special features was the without a doubt, the best part of the DVD. They're totally awesome!

Here's list of the special features and their descriptions:

1. Diagon Alley
- Find your way in to Diagon Alley, Get money from your Gringotts Vault, Get a wand and vist Eeylops Owl Emporium.

2. Self-Guided 360 degree tour of Hogwarts
- This was really cool. You get to travel around Hogwarts : From the Gryffindor Common Room to Harry's Dormitory to the Great Hall. It real footage was obviously is realistic.

3. Library
- Here you can pull out various book off the shelf. The first one is very nice because it has lots of behind the scenes sketches. And watch out for the screming book!

4. Hogwarts Grounds
- I hoped that you could tour the Hogwarts grounds like you could tour the castle in this one but it was not to be. You do however, find out about Quidditch and visit Hagrid's Hut where you tour it at 360 degreees like the catle tour.

5. Interviews
- View a longish interview with the crew of the HP movie.

6. Classrooms
- You can visit 4 of Harry's classes: Defence Against the Dark Arts (where meet Quirrel); Potions (where meet Snape & Take a potions quiz); Transfiguration (where you meet McGonagal and Dumbledore); Charms (where you meet Flitwick).
Then you use your knowledge learned from these classes to get to the Philosopher's/Sorcerer's Stone. To get to Fluffy, you click on the statue with an 'H' on it below the other classes on the classrooms menu. You now face Fluffy. Deleted Scenes

1. As I was saying above, to get to the 3rd floor corridor to find the deleted scenes, you got to the CLASSROOMS section on the main menu, you then click on the statue with the 'H' on it and you find yourself facing Fluffy.

2. To get past Fluffy, you have to choose one of the four options given to you, choose the FLUTE.

3. Now you're in the key chamber. You have to find the right key, it's the big silver one right at the back of the keys but in the centre of the screen. If you can't find it, after 4 incorrect tries, you'll see it become extremely large. Click on it and you're through to the next task.

4. There will be a group of bottles in front of you, you have to choose the correct one. Choose the MEDIUM-SIZED, ROUND, YELLOW bottle.

5. Now you should be in the final chamber with the Mirror of Erised in front of you and the Philosopher's/Sorcerer's Stone within. Click on the Stone and you will find your heart's desire:
